Is FaceForm a suction or body device?

No. FaceForm is a facial-only device. It does not use suction cups, vacuum massage or body-treatment attachments.

How does CLEAN mode work?

Use the cotton-pad fixing method supplied with the device, add compatible toner or cleansing water and glide lightly over the face. The goal is a guided cleansing step, not aggressive exfoliation.

What should I use with IMPORT mode?

Use a compatible water-based serum, gel or sheet-mask essence that allows the circular head to glide smoothly over the skin.

What does RF LED mode feel like?

RF LED is the warming light-based mode. It should feel comfortably warm while the head remains in motion, not hot or painful.

What should EMS UP feel like?

How do I use EYE CARE?

Use it gently around the orbital bone and upper cheek. Do not place the large circular head directly over the eyelid or eyeball.

How many intensity levels does FaceForm have?

Why does the metallic side strip matter?

The side contact sensor helps complete the electrical contact path in supported modes. Hold the device so your hand remains in contact with the strip while the treatment head touches prepared skin.

Do I need the full round head on the skin?

Yes. FaceForm is designed to use the circular treatment surface rather than just one thin edge. Keep the head flat enough for even contact without pressing hard.

How should I move FaceForm?

Use slow outward and upward facial glides: centre of the face toward the hairline, jawline toward the ear and cheek upward toward the temple.

How do I clean and store it?
