What should the EMS mode feel like?

You may feel a light pulsing or muscle-tapping sensation. Start at the lowest level and increase only while the sensation remains comfortable. Stop if it feels painful, sharp or unusually uncomfortable.

What does the HOT mode feel like?

HOT mode creates warmth at the treatment head during use. The session should feel comfortably warm, not hot. Keep the device moving and follow the timing stated in the guide.

Do I need a conductive gel or glide product?
