DefinePro is designed as a hands-free cosmetic facial-stimulation device for the jawline and lower-face area. It combines adjustable EMS, LED illumination and vibration to create a structured at-home facial-care ritual.

Place the curved centre beneath the chin and position the inner contact surfaces symmetrically along the lower cheeks and jawline. Adjust the overhead strap until the device feels secure without compressing the face. Do not position the treatment surfaces across the front of the throat.

EMS may feel like tingling, tapping or controlled muscular pulsing around the treatment area. Begin at the lowest level and increase gradually only while the sensation remains comfortable. Pain, burning or sharp electrical sensations are not normal.

The strap should hold the treatment surfaces evenly against the lower face without feeling restrictive. You should be able to breathe, swallow and move comfortably throughout the session. Loosen or remove the device if the fit creates uncomfortable pressure.

DefinePro includes customisable LED illumination alongside its facial-stimulation programs. The coloured light modes are intended to add different visual and sensory experiences to the routine. They should not be treated as medical treatments or assumed to provide specific clinical outcomes.

On versions supplied with the remote, supported settings can be adjusted without removing the wearable. This makes it easier to change the programme or intensity once DefinePro is already positioned securely around the jawline.

DefinePro includes an automatic 15-minute session. If you are new to electrical facial stimulation, begin at Level 1 and use a shorter first session if needed.

Start gradually and allow time to become familiar with the sensation and fit. A conservative routine may begin with shorter sessions several times per week before progressing to the full supported session length. Use the included instructions as your routine guide rather than adding extra sessions or increasing intensity unnecessarily.

DefinePro is intended for approved jawline, under-chin and lower-cheek placement. Do not place the electrical treatment surfaces directly across the front or side of the throat. Follow the exact placement shown in the product instructions.

Switch the device off and remove it before cleaning. Wipe the skin-contact surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth using the cleaning method stated in the guide, then allow the device to dry before storage. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
